Privacy policy

The data controller is Iwan Żygalin, a personal trainer running a personal training studio in Warsaw (Bielany). Contact for all matters concerning data: phone and WhatsApp 576 480 429.

I collect only what is needed to book you in and run the session:

• Your name and phone number or another contact — from the booking form, the form for reserving a place and from a request to get in touch if the chat is temporarily unavailable.
• Your preferred time and when you plan to start.
• The content of messages sent through the chat on the site, and a voice recording if you use dictation.
• Data about your health, past injuries and movement limitations — only if you give it after ticking a separate, explicit consent in the chat, or pass it to me directly before a session. The booking form does not ask for such data.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) — needed to protect the forms against spam.

Some of the providers (Anthropic, Groq) are based in the USA. Data is transferred on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you do not want the content of your questions to reach the chat provider — write directly on WhatsApp: 576 480 429.

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of health data at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write on WhatsApp or call: 576 480 429. I reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

The site uses only the files necessary for it to work: the login session cookie and remembering the language you chose. I do not use marketing or profiling cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown.

I do not take decisions about you solely by automated means. The chat may propose a time, but the final confirmation of a session is up to me.
