I answer personally
Everything people ask before the first session, in one place: money, health, getting here, the equipment and the app.

Quite the opposite — these are the people I most enjoy working with. The studio is private: no crowd, no queues for equipment, nobody watching. We start with the basics and technique, at a pace that suits you.
Sport has been with me since the age of four — from children's clubs to competitions, more than 16 years of training. I hold a GSA personal trainer certificate, and among my own starts there is a half marathon in 1:34. Today I run my own personal training studio.
The “Book” form in the site header, the chat at the bottom of the screen or WhatsApp — whichever suits you. You pick a free slot, I confirm it and send you the exact address. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign in advance.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday — 9:00 to 22:00 (Warsaw time). That is the frame of the schedule, not a list of free slots: the booked hours are visible right in the booking form.

The first session is free. After that you pay for the length: 60 minutes — 90 zł, 90 minutes — 120 zł, 120 minutes — 150 zł. The longer the session, the cheaper the hour: 90, 80 and 75 zł/h. No gym-chain memberships and no hidden fees.
It depends on how often you train — we count four weeks. Twice a week for 90 minutes is 8 sessions and 960 zł; for 60 minutes — 720 zł. The builder on the pricing page recalculates any other format.
BLIK, cash or bank transfer — directly to me, after the session. No gym-chain memberships and no hidden fees.
Not yet — I do not accept benefit cards. You pay me directly: BLIK, cash or bank transfer, after the session. In exchange there are no memberships, no joining fees and no fixed-term contracts.
Yes. The first one is introductory: we get to know each other, I look at your form and technique, we talk about your goal. You pay nothing for it — neither before nor after. You decide about the next ones afterwards.
No. You can come session by session — an hour costs 90 zł. Longer sessions work out cheaper: at 90 minutes the hour comes to 80 zł, at 120 minutes — 75 zł.
Yes. The plan, technique videos, the history of your weights and the chat with me between sessions are in the NaZdrow! app and are not paid for separately.

A regular session lasts 60, 90 or 120 minutes — you choose the format. The first introductory session takes about 60 minutes: a short conversation about your goal, a look at how you move and a calm trial session.
Once, twice or three times a week — you choose when you book and change it when your schedule changes. Two sessions a week are usually enough to start with: there is time to recover between them and the habit has time to stick.
Polish, Russian and English — you pick the one you think in. When you are learning technique that is a real difference: you do not have to guess what the trainer means.
Let me know at least 24 hours before the appointment — then we calmly find a new time. Things come up for everyone: write to me and we will sort it out.
Write to me that you are on your way. The slot is held for you, so being late shortens the session itself — but I will rebuild the plan so that we get the important part done.
No — I work one to one only. During your session there is nobody in the studio but us, and all the attention goes to your technique; with two people that stops working. If you want to train together, book one after the other — neighbouring slots are usually free.
Yes. Online we work on the plan, technique and consistency — a good option when you cannot come to the studio or you travel a lot. We agree the terms individually: write on WhatsApp and we will find the format that fits you.

Tell me about it before the session — old injuries, surgeries, back or knee pain. I am not a doctor and I do not treat anything, but I will build the session to avoid the painful movements and keep what you can do safely. If the pain is acute or you have a diagnosis that needs rehabilitation, see a doctor or a physiotherapist first — after that we work to their recommendations.
I do not promise deadlines — they depend on your starting point, sleep, food and how regularly you make it to the studio. What I do promise is the process: a plan, work on technique and measurements that show the movement forward. Usually how you feel and how you move change first; strength and shape follow.
Yes, within a trainer's competence: we work on habits and you get nutrition guidance matched to your goal and your daily routine. I am not a dietitian and I do not put together menus or nutrition plans — for therapeutic diets and medical conditions I will point you to a specialist.

Warsaw, Bielany — Chomiczówka. Five minutes on foot from the Aspekt stop (trams 28, 33 and 16). From the Wawrzyszew metro station (M1) it is 1.5–2 km, that is 20–25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bus; the 114, 116, 121, 180 and 203 run nearby. The studio is private, in my flat, so I send the exact address after the appointment is confirmed.
Comfortable clothes, a change of shoes and water — nothing else is needed. The equipment, from dumbbells to the bench and the bands, is waiting on site.
The studio is in my flat, so there is no separate changing room — but there is a place where you can change in peace. There is also a bathroom with a shower if you want to freshen up after the session before the rest of your day.
1 question
It is an app I wrote myself for the people I train. It holds your plan with technique videos, your session schedule, personal records and progress, and a chat with me between sessions. There is nothing to install from a store: you open a link in the browser and save it to your home screen like a normal app — it works on any device.
Write your question and leave a contact — I will reply personally, usually within 24 hours.
